Hello,
Can anyone recommend an engineer who can overhaul/ deep service a Minigraf 4 underpinner. I live near Gillingham Dorset and so as close to that would be ideal.

Thanks both of you for your advice. The wedges are definitely the right way up. Pressure is at about 6 bar because polycore is not that hard.

Hi thanks but it's all done and dusted. It took me about 15 mins. Four Allen key bolts , old piston out new one in and all done. Of course all air supply etc disconnected while doing the work for safety !

I've had my Minigraf 4 underpinner for over ten years and it has served me well. I noticed over the last year or so that it wasn't driving the wedges in fully and they were standing proud by a small amount. It transpired that the hammer surface that comes up against the wedge had worn by about 2mm. ...
