1. Proper pressing crimpers. Be sure the wire in the crimper crosses the other end and it's as strong as an elephant. 2. a 1.25 mm wire. Can hold over 200 KG's but a frame of 55 KG's will torque the wooden moulds. 3. The best solution. Is to make a combination of the well known plates to let stand t...

I did "Vlissingen - Sheerness" 2 times with STENA. This route does not exist anymore. I slept very international with four in a cabin very deep in that ferry.... I'm not feeling very fine is such a position. Sea-legs are no problem. When you get troubles you must try to look to the horizon.

This is what I delivered as special. The customer can even screw the 8 screws 3,5 x 16 mm. The mould must be 40 mm or more and nice strong from solid wood. A few years ago I made many of those sets as specials for mass-production. Wire is made with pre-crimped loops and now I can produce this with 4...

I delivered many hanger-sets #5 and now the newer #6 in my country. Never received a negative respond. But it's a matter of combination between the thickness of the mould and the weight too. My systems can hold over 25 kg's but if the mould is to thin, it will torque. I also produced specials in the...
