Dust prevention

Post by John »

Here’s a handy tool for folks who seal the edges of the glass/back sandwich with tape in order to prevent dust. It can be easily made from a mini tape gun to which is added a guide (to facilitate the even application of the tape).

The tool is made by modifying one of these mini tape guns. They can be found on eBay and elsewhere on the internet.

The guide is formed from a piece of Perspex and screwed (and double sided taped) to the handle of the gun.
