FrameReady Issues!

Post by cff »

I'm just having a horrible time with FrameReady support. I've been trying to renew my subscription with them and waited for a week for someone to speak with me. When they did, I got a billing person, who didn't know what the sales person had decided. In any case they charged me and then and they have passed me who had no idea what was decided. As a result a support person updated my software to an incorrect version on a Friday evening, and locked me out of the program. My password to get into the software will not work. Hence I am unable to do business until someone chooses to take my calls on Monday. I am in tears. I feel completely stupid for depending on them. Clearly they do not care about a small frameshop, and can easily destroy a business.

If anyone can help me get into the software, I would really appreciate it. Is there a default password? Is there a way to bipass the password?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you backup your previous version? If not, you should have.

If you did, you can just open the backed up version and use it.

Phew! Someone from Frameready actually called me on and helped me get through. I'm saved! Thank you!
