BBest vs Wessex

Post by Bagel Framer »

Hi,

I’m in the market for some pricing software (my wife told me to buy some lol) so am thinking either BBEST or Wessex’s software.

I do framing part time and typically use mouldings from Wessex, DJ Simon and Lion - maybe Mainline in the future too.

I’m just after something that adds a typical frame up, nothing to glamorous and gives me the ability to load mouldings in from my four suppliers.

While I’ll try a trial of both I wonder if anyone else has weighted up the two?

Thanks!

I believe the Wessex programme can now be used with Android devices if that is of interest to you.

I use the wessex program (the pro version) and find it very good. Simple to set up and get started. You can import price lists or make your own and import that. The interface is straight forward and so far it has provided every thing I need.

The android app is a separate program and could be useful if you visit customers homes. You'll need an android base tablet or smart phone to run it.

Try the free trials and go forte one that suits you.

Have you looked at Framr by Framiac.
It's brilliant, and is continually being improved.

WESSEX - but I would say that...

Only having a bit of fun :D

We do free demo versions though - sorry but I'm not an expert on the pricing software just yet - give me time - I have been studying the program & it all it seems really easy to use (even for a novice) - but I am still strugging with fifty million types of glass & a thousand backing boards - that I need to know EVERYTHING about :sweating:

Give me a call if you want a good laugh :Slap: - I am picking it up  - but I'm far from being the "guru" just yet :giggle: - but working hard!!!

   The Wessex range is HUGE
Your too late I'm afraid - I retired in April 2024 :sun:
