Thanks

A warm welcome to the forum Barry, had a quick look at your site, very nice product range, I'm sure you will get some business from some of the members on the forum.

Thanks Steve, that's nice to hear.
We're also very open to suggestions of products we should introduce, anything out of acrylic, and wood like our bases.
We've also done a specific offer leaflet for picture framers - if you'd like I can email or send.
Thanks
Barry

I have ordered from Dream Keepers in the past when at an old job when a customer wanted to frame a football. The case they supplied was excellent and i would definitely use them again.

Thanks topcat, very kind of you.
We're a bit biased but we love what we do, and believe it's the best value product out there.
The website is a bit of a work in progress, and anyone who is a picture framer will get trade prices, not the ones on the website - just ask.

Hi Barry, looked at your website with interest. I spent 30 or so years involved with framing 3D objects and displays using transparent covers, though retired I still like to keep my eye on what is going on. Whilst working I tried to keep one eye on developing new techniques and one eye on the expectation of the masters of the great era of 3D framing that tailed off between the 2 W wars, often wonder if they would be overly impressed with the use following generations have made of the technology at hand.

It's not really 'Framing' though, is it? IMHO a display case is a .... display case, not a frame.

The impression we get is that there are all sorts of framers who use our products in different ways for 3D display.

Some buy them as a retail product and simply re-sell.
Some buy the acrylic only and make their own bases.
Quite a few use our bespoke service and specify their own dimensions, sometimes with mounting holes so they can screw to MDF and create their own case to wall hang 3D projects, or using our rigid foamex as a backboard. Some examples of what we supply bespoke here:

Wow what a nightmare. offers next day service on plaques but takes days to reply by email when trying to order and takes over a week to deliver and has now complete disappeared.

Should have learnt my lessons by now dealing with cold callers :(

We have had an almighty problem with our website and emails.
Probably best to telephone if you want the next day service.
Thanks
Barry

Sorry Barry but i see giving details for a plaque over the phone as a recipe for disasters.

Yes, by all means send the info by email so there are no mistakes, but just give us a call to confirm.
We only do next day if we are specifically asked.
Thanks, Barry

Thank you Barry, an email with a follow up call makes more sense.

What about website ordering? that would be even better.
