We exchanged your controller in April 2008 which suggests that it is not just a few months outside of warranty and is now no longer repairable as the parts are not available. Yes. A broader line or a contour in Corel will help you replicate the visual of the bevel in Corel.

Hi Mike It will depend on the overall size you will want it to cut out. The gap between the collar and the back of the neck seems rather narrow and may not leave any visible face paper. Try adding a contour of between 1.2 and 1.4mm to the design depending at what angle the bevel is cut at. This will...

In answer to IFGL's question. The F1 hybrid takes 4.46 seconds to change from 45 to 90 degrees (back again same time) The AiOX Hybrid takes 2.73 seconds. The blade usage would be about the same
