Re: EstLite

Yes, EstLite will work well on a laptop, or just about any Windows device.

Some folk have had success with running on other platforms such as the Mac (skill level required: computer god).

I haven't heard of it running on a Chromebook though.

Re: visualisation software

Visualising mouldings with repeating patterns in Pre-View Is excellent in my experience, however, random patterns almost always display an obvious join where the sample tile is repeated. Good even lighting when photographing the sample can reduce the effect to some extent. For this reason We tend to...

The messages are consistent with the program being blocked by an external source such as a third party antivirus application or by the Windows firewall.
These are the avenues you should explore,
Good luck!

Occasionally when installing EstLite on a brand new computer you will encounter a message informing you that a printer driver is required. This is fixed either by installing an actual printer, or by installing a virtual printer by following the steps below: Press the Windows logo on your keyboard, o...

Re: Does anyone recognise this image?

Thanks for trying Pramsay. This is the only image that my customer sent. My next move will be to ask her to bring it in if she can, so that I'll have a better shot at identifying it, or at least get a better picture to show to you guys. On my first reverse search, Google identified it as aircraft re...

If you haven't already tried, enter something like "How to access password protected laptop" into Google (also YouTube), there are lots of sites and video tut...
