Mirror Glass
I use a Fletcher 3100 and have never cut mirror glass before. Just tried a couple of pieces to try it out with abject failure! Tried glass straight after and it was fine. Is there a different technique for mirror glass? I know it has the backing film, any help appreciated.

Re: Job Sheet
Mine have been doodle sheets and scribbles in notebooks too....thought a more methodical method would help organize things and hopefully not lose the bloody customers order needing a phone call to confirm a small detail!!!!

Euro Underpinner For Sale
I have got a surplus Euro pneumatic underpinner available for sale. It is an old machine but has been in daily use for some years now. It is built like a proverbial brick outhouse and is not a light machine. Takes normal and hard wood wedges. I have always just used 7mm wedges but is should also tak...

Re: general
I would also add to the above by saying a material cutter is a fantastic item to have. Never looked back since I got a Fletcher 3100 wall mounted cutter. Does all your glass, mdf, foam board etc in a jiffy. There are other similar models around which do the same job. R-bay sometimes have them but al...

It was an initial try and I have since adjusted it to have the badge over the left eye. Works quite well, I wish magic stitches came in red!

Re: Framing A Beret
I had thought about that, the ones designed for footballs come to mind. The customer did ask for it wall mounted which makes it a bit more tricky. It's getting the shape right to show off the cap badge. Will have an attempt later today!

Hia all,
After some tips on this little project. I am happy doing most things, football shirts medals etc but I have never framed an Army beret. Any hints or tips on how best to do it please feel free to share! Thanks.

Car Decals
I have been asked to do some advertising lettering for car bodywork. As I have a CMC I assume I could cut the lettering? Does anyone know what would be the best material to use, I know I could use Hot Press adhesive but will the CMC cut a vinyl of some sort? Anyone else done anything like this?

Hi Dave, yep been keeping bees for a few years now, fascinating hobby and I quite like the by product! Strange year for beekeeping with the weather, good OSR crop then a huge gap but there is honey in the hives now so should be taking off quite a few pounds over the next few weeks. Just had a phone ...
