We're fortunate enough to have a spray booth with dry back filter and use HVLP spray guns that run from our compressor as we also spray the frames.
When this varnish is sprayed its touch dry in 20mins but needs about 24hours to fully cure

Take your point,but don't currently possess the equipment,or probably the skills to do that kind of thing so It would be saleable!. If that's what they wanted I would have pointed them in the direction of a cabinetmaker

We spray them with a polyvine dead matt varnish, which does what it says on the tin

We have 2 1100l wheelie bins, one for general waste (including glass) and the other for plastic/paper recycling ,both are emptied weekly and as we have a new contractor in town we have just negotiated it down to £30 per week ( we were paying £45.00 a week) including vat for both to be emptied.
