Hardly sell any pastel frames, unless they are almost on the grey spectrum. These days it feels like I could sell a walnut frame for any job.

The good thing about the FB and little green etc, is you can by a tester pot for £4 meaning you don't need to mix the paint, making it an awful lot easier when the customer comes back in asking for the same colour. Also I asked a guy in Brewers the difference between white and greenish bottled polyv...

I've never used that profile, but could you assemble and before tightening the screws use masking tape wrapped round the outside on each corner to hold the mitres closed then tighten the screws?

Are you burnishing the sekisu tape, I started using it 3 years ago and just checked one on my wall and the tap looks pretty much the same as when I did it.

I find it unbelievable that you can talk about all these rules without an example of artwork...the art being the most important and varied aspect of almost any frame.

Treat every item individually.

I find spraying obeche gives that result. I spray with a gun not from a spray can.

Get in touch with the SA framer and see if they'll ship over how ever much you need chopped. If the customer will cover the cost.

Simplest way though would be just to reframe the existing one in the moulding from R and H.
