Re: sizing issue
I've had problems with customers buying online from the the likes of The Range and Hobbycraft, and for some reason they display the size as the external size of the frame, often get asked for mount that will fit 27x27cm frames, which are really 25x25cm to you and me :sweating: so have to ask them to...

Re: The Joy of Sharing Skills.
I think you have made a mistake, NEVER EVER let someone else use your ruling pen, as it wears in the way you hold and use it, same as a good old fastion fountain pen, same as a good glass cutter, they wear the same But apart from that, great work, you' will have to take more orders in now, I love do...

Re: sizing issue
Depends on how they placed the order, was it in writing , email for example and did it state A frame to fit 1.2 x 1.2 m bevelled mirror with a 11mm wide frame Or A frame of 1.2x1.2mt for a bevelled mirror , frame to be 11mm wide 1st I would have questioned the use of a 11mm wide frame for a mirror t...

Re: Adhesive Roll
I've used a pressure sensitive adhesive on a roll, basically it is a very wide roll of double sided tape, used it with manual rollers which I got on ebay, I got it from Simons,
I found for best results, apply to the paper first, then to the board/MDF, just seemed to work better way

Don't use Copydex, I used to do work for an artist, he sells his pastles artwork for thousands of ££££, he used (before I knew him) to stick his orignals down with Copydex, years later he had loads come back with stains coming through the paper, and this was blackpaper, he spent hundreds on getting t...

Re: Wizard spares
For any wizard users who ever have a burnt out ECU or driver, I have found a local technician who has managed to fix my damaged electrical unit and for a bargain compared to the costs of buying a new ECU. Please consider this before you purchase new parts from Wizard directly. Hi Matt That's good t...

Re: Banknotes in double sided frame
If they have had bluetac used on them and you're not too worried about top draw conservation, then you could use a couple of bits or say 3mm acrylic, with these from Lion to attach notes too the rear piece of acrylic , at the top corners https://www.lionpic.co.uk/p/41771/Neschen-Gudy-Acid-Free-Dot-A...

Re: Wizard spares
if it's that box of tricks, have you thought about a local electronics repair company, one that used to do TV and radio perpairs, maybe they could run some checks on it and replace any blown parts

I take it that you are taking more than one cut to cut the board, if so, then it should be okay

Re: HGP360 vacuum press
Hi I think you are thinking of https://www.drytac.com/, just had a quick look at the website, but can't see anything about machines, I would try Wessex Pictures as they sell the presses, depending on how long and what you are using it for, if the pump is okay, sucking fine, then it could be the rubb...

I go along with Gesso&Bole has said, and what to look out for, plus I push the head of the Morso back as far as it goes, then holding a bit of paper, I pull this up the blades (very carefully ) if it doesn't get cut very easy, then it's time to get the blades sharpened

Re: Cassese CS79 Underpinner - Can't remove distributor block
Have you looked underneath, is the hammer still in the block, if so, is it still attached by the screw and locknut at the bottom, if there is a jammed pin in the block, then it could be jammed with the hammer
