Hello Moglet,
For drymounting, the layers are 1 bottom foam blanket. 2 substrate . 3 drymount tissue or drymount film. 4 poster or whatever you want to mount, and the top layer is silicone release film, or silicone release paper.

The foam blanket goes on top of the vacuum press diaphragm.

I would be very surprised if The Fine Art Trade Guild had rules relating pricing structures in place for their members.

The legalities of such actions by a organization would be questionable.

If its a fact that framers that members of the Guild are, for want of a better word ...

I downloaded the BBest version and tried it out abit.
It seems to be based on the cost of a 20x16 frame.

I also downloaded the Nielsen spreadsheet fo the software and we under the impression that by changing the the figures entered Mouldings section ie. Narrow Mouldings / 3inch wide mouldings ...
