I have an old Valiani CMC 150 that suddenly will no longer lower the blade module to cut mats. It will go through the motions otherwise. can any one advise me on this? thanks in advance. Andy

The Software is Future mat designer. The mat board is an 8ply rag. the head I dont know , I bought the machine used, its a CMC 150.

Hoping to get some advise from someone familiar with this machine. I just tried cutting an 8ply mat using the "single shape with outside cut" feature. Each cut the machine would cut the correct lenth lift up the blade travel an additional .5" pivot and continue. This would in addition...

Merlin... I finally got around to resting the rails. It worked! I cant tell you how happy I am. Thanks sooo much

I've noticed some metal shavings in the top rail. I cleaned them out with a cloth but I believe that these are coming from the wheels.

Hey everyone, I just bought a 2006 Fletcher Valiani. It works fine on any mats no wider than 20" on the x. Any thing beyond that the cutting head gets stuck. in other words, i I try to cut a mat that has a say 30x30 opening the cutter will stop its x cut at 20 and make the y cut and then gets h...
