High volume shrink wrapping

Hello,

I am curious what people are using for shrink wrapping when doing 1000+ frames a day in various sizes.

Re: Compressor Replacement ideas?

A few years back I was in the exact same spot. Picked up a Hyundai 50 from Amazon as a quick fix.

Bambi were incredible, they sent out the parts I needed for free and the Hyundai became a back up.

Fabric work top cover

Good morning,

Just building a new workbench and need some sort of soft fabric cover, just curious what people are using.

In the past I've gone to large fabric sellers and asked for their damaged felt rolls. Had no such luck this morning.

Cheers,

SALE: Casses Machines 999, 969 auto stop, Underpinners 4 x 486, 4008xl

Both saws purchased from Suki at Kwik Picture frames. Not tested but assured they work. Never put them into production as we are going to opt for a hopper fed auto saw set up. 999 969 with auto stop Underpinners were all purchased as a job lot that came with Morso EH that we wanted. Purchased from T...

Re: Looking for a company to make quantities of frames

Good evening,

We comfortably make about 600 frames a day and focus primarily on high volume polecore.

Are you just looking to have these made in pol-1024? Do you need face papers and corners?

I saw you’re looking for a £3 figure, we could do this providing the volume was there.

Re: Compressors for multiple machines

I second the shout for a hydrovane. We run an HV02 with a 75litre receiver capacity which is plenty enough for our requirements. We run a Valiani, underpinner, various air tools and more recently a paint spray booth addition. I’d say before the spray booth addition it probably was a little over spe...

Re: Compressors for multiple machines

You are best off with a Hydrovane compressor. These are built to be left running continuously and will feed all your machines going at the same time. You should expect to pay around £1700 new but I'd be looking for a second-hand model at half that price. You can buy a cheaper piston compressor that...

Re: Corner protectors. Anyone know where these are from?

These are close https://www.essentracomponents.com/en-gb/p/corner-protectors/112741 Clear HDPE which is commonly recyclable. Twice the price of the black version (which may not be accepted by some local authority recycling centres) I thought I left a reply to this! these are exactly what we needed....

Compressors for multiple machines

Good afternoon, We are looking for an all-in-one solution for our compressor. Right now we just have each machine hooked up to a Bambi PT50 and it isn't sustainable, especially not in this muggy heat. 3 underpinners in constant all-day use with another 3 connected but minimal usage. 2 saws (939 and ...

Corner protectors. Anyone know where these are from?

Good morning, Some time ago, a customer returned a frame to us that was not made by us. It was originally purchased from gb posters(.com). We are attempting to locate the source of these corner protectors (please refer to the attached image). Although I have contacted gb posters, I have not received...

CMC and CSV for high volumes.

Hello, I'm currently in the market for a new (and our first) CMC. We do high(ish)-volume framing in set sizes. We currently offer mounts in a select few (A2, A3, A4, A5) but want to offer mounts across all our sizes. I've currently only gone to see a Valaini in person and am very tempted by it but w...
