Just to say thanks to NYA framer for the info, got windsor newton with an acrylic "flow improver" worked a treat, one (at last) satisfied customer.

White Paint

Hi Everyone. I am hand finishing some frames with the PLAKA brand white paint it gives a great finish with only 2 coats but put up against the customers original frame "it's not white enough" for her, and I must admit it does look like an off white against hers. And to my question is there...

Vynal Record Sleeves

A customer would like some album record sleeves mounted and framed, I wondered has anyone done these before or any thoughts on how best to mount these with conservation in mind.

Jigsaw Puzzle

Hi.
I have a customer who has a jigsaw puzzle that he wants framing. I've done 2 before (a long time ago) and as I remember they were both glued down by the customer, this puzzle is just made up and quite big!!!

Any help on the best way to go about this would be appreciated.

I have just got your email no not this one, i was wondering if anyone had a better one? This one is in the FMD library, but the customer asked if there was a better one depicting a footballer. Hope you had a good time away!

Canvas Packaging

Hi. I have a client who wants me to stretch photo canvases for him and then post them or courier them onto his customers. It looks like it might be quite a lot of work, but I need to sort out a way of packaging them to arrive undamaged. So I'm open to ideas !!!!! has as anyone posted a canvas before...

I have managed to get a trace, and save it into FMD as a PLT.

I think I now need to remove some nodes to get a smoother cut, if this is correct I can't seem to find out how.

Hi. I have a jpeg of a logo I want to cut. As I see it I have to import the jpeg into Corel Draw, convert it to a bitmap, do a trace, then save the trace as a plt. But when I try to convert to a bitmap a messgae appears "The resulting Bitmap may be too large. Do I want to continue." I did ...
