Re: Morso F Measuring Arm?

Hi Roboframer, I've never seen a vernier scale on a Morso. The three that I have owned have all had direct reading scales.

The vernier sounds interesting, any chance of a photo?

Re: Cove box design, help please

:sweating:

This method does not lend itself to the use of picture plates. I suppose a batton could be attached to the base of the box, extending out either side, but I've never tried this, and it may not be a great look.

Re: Cove box design, help please

We "spot weld" the outer box to the frame with hot glue, and attach the cord to "D" rings on the frame, or, if the frame is narrow, screw rings.

Re: Cove box design, help please

We often do this type of job. Sometimes the mount may have more than one aperture but only one of which is to display the three dimensional object. For these jobs we use a box within box solution, where the inner coved box is designed to fit the mount aperture and the outer one is designed to fit th...

I hesitate to mention it, because the job looks so fantastic, but you might want to consider kerning the next time you are cutting text.

Great job.

Depends on how your shadow box is constructed. The stacked moulding The individual mouldings are simply added with a plus sign between each in the moulding input box. Re: Multiple "Others" ?

Consider using either the Mount Decoration or Fix lists. I would probably go with Mount Decoration . Or if you do not want the price scaled relative to frame size you could still use the Other list. By adding something like: Nameplate & 1 Medal Nameplate & 2 Medals Nameplate & 3 Medals e...

Re: Typical Turnaround ?

You are shopping in the wrong place keith. :) Because I detest being treated in this way myself, when customers expresses concern about whether or not their job will be ready on time, we tell them that if it is not ready when we say it will be, then the framing will be free of charge. We have now be...

Re: Typical Turnaround ?

One week.

Virtually all framing is done from stock. For a job requiring a non-stocked item we will "call when ready", and although we might give an estimate of when the job will complete, we emphasise that completion date is not guaranteed.

Re: Pricing Software

I believe this is an access violation message. You are seeing it because Windows, or perhaps an anti-virus program, is preventing EstSetup from installing EstLite's data files, or EstLite is being prevented from accessing its data files, or both. I am guessing that you have a fairly high level of se...

We show the bevel.

To my eye, a slightly richer look than the reverse bevel.
