The head mechanism looks very like the old Euro range, so I suspect it's a derivative of one of those.
I do have some experience of them and they are basic but tough machines so I may be able to help with

I don't use much Oak, but I can heartily endorse Rose & Hollis. If you speak to them nicely they would probably
pick out all matching bits.

* You might want to try Ash for light finishes. It's a tad easier to work with and tends to be more consistent.
