Re: 1000's of new prints in stock £1 each!!
For the life of me I cannot understand why you will not put pictures up. I've just bought two batches of prints off here and would undoubtedly buy some off you as well, but I need to see what sort of thing you have to offer. Unfortunately there is no way I'm driving to the opposite side of the count...

My mistake, I was thinking of a knightsbridge framer for some reason. I think I'll go and lay down now.

Re: THE UK's FINEST PICTURE FRAMER ?
I know this is an old thread, but I'm very envious of the chap. To have the whatsits to set up in a highly affluent area and market yourself so strongly that people will pay through the nose for a "superior" level of service is a brilliant strategy. To make your highly affluent customers b...

Good to hear, nothing worse than rejecting a faulty item and then receiving the same thing again.

Unless your walls are massive, I'd look at selwyns site. I have a secondhand unit which is like a large poster broowser. You can get hundreds of samples on it in a very small space. Looks tidier as well.

Not looking for anything, but that guillotine is an absolute steal. Anyone considering it should do a search on here regarding Framer corners blades.

Retirement - I plan to immerse myself into the travel industry. Longhaul first, as I get older, Europe and then eventually Britain and surrounding Islands.

Re: How long have you been a framer?
Started entirely by accident about 8 years ago. Bought a retiring framers "junk", oh how we learn, but it did mean I learnt to do everything the traditional way. I joined frames using a saw, huge clamp, pin drill and nails. Cut mounts with a pencil square and a blade. Cut glass using a squ...

18 morsos for sale on eb*y at the minute
Just did a search on ebay for "morso", 18 for sale. There must be huge numbers of framers closing down for various reasons.
Just look at the state of this poor old thing 201047145083, if it were a sensible price I'd adopt it, I can't stand seeing poor defenseless creatures suffering.

Re: Servicing Cassese underpinners
I've got the 299xml mk2, and prior to that the mk1 and I've only ever lubricated the hammer with a smidge of moly grease. I've in fairness never looked at the manual for either of them. Before anyone gives me a good drubbing for my rash behaviour, I'm a time served and fairly well qualified mechanic...

Anybody recommend a good epos system
Looking for something that will read barcodes, produce reports etc. Usual stuff.
Must be an extremely lucrative business to be in, I have made enquiries with FIVE, yes FIVE local companies and only one of them had enough time or could be bothered to quote. What recession?
