My Excalibur 5000 has developed “slop” in the head, I.e. it moves on the vertical post. Is there any way to adjust this? It’s not that old but has had plenty of use.

I pay £3.50 plus vat for a glass bin lift (edited, my glass bin is a 360L) I also pay £12.10 plus vat for a general waste bin lift (edited, my general waste bin is 660L)) I also pay £5 plus vat for a cardboard & paper bin lift (1100L) All fortnightly, so around £41 a month. (No bin rental charges)

I get 90% of my mouldings and board products from Centrado. I like the van delivery rather than the pot luck of couriers.

I also use Larson juhl, Lion and Mainline.

Unfortunately Simons have discontinued their Phoenix 34 moulding, can anyone suggest an alternative?

It is a natural wood coloured stain on obeche

I fancied the smaller lighter 940, but would like to try before I buy.

Thanks for your help. Do you mean that the 940 gives poorer rear (back of the moulding) cuts than the 969? If so then I won’t be investing.

No need for holes. This won’t breath. Usual barrier board and backing will be fine.

In your first picture the valve on the left gives you the pressure in the tank. The valve on the right can be adjusted to the output pressure you need. That’s where you need your connection.

The one on the right is a safety valve. It’s the one in the left you need a connector to, the one with the bowl under it.

It looks like 1/4” BSP so you need a 1/4” male PCL fitting (could be 3/8 or 1/2 though)
