Re: Morso adjustment?

If there isn't enough adjustability on the offset cam (flat washer thingy in your speak) then your front handle has slipped and needs resetting via the two bolts that hold it in position

Re: Morso Underpinner.

Might not be relevant but DK8900 is Danlists (morso) postcode and not the model number.

Re: Cannibalistic Morso

@ratty I wasn't criticising your method of repair just offering advice to the original poster, the draw bar holders are not an engineered weak point as its these bolts that maintain the blades vertical position (it would be daft to have that as a weak point) Oh and I am a framing equipment engineer ...

Re: Cannibalistic Morso

The damage to your casing is caused by the pedal tipper frame binding on the horizontal bar, each time you press down on the pedal it is causing the horizontal shaft to rotate which in turn eats away at the case. Repairs to the case are pointless unless you first rectify the fault.

Re: Morso eh - am I missing a bolt

No its not normal for an e/h to be going through that much oil, the tank holds 6 litres and the most oil I have seen used by a machine is only 1/2 litre so you must have a leak. Check the small horizontal cylinder under the bed of the table as these are prone to leaks, if its not then check any moul...

Re: Test our new online website

Looks OK on a tablet but what's with the photograph at the bottom of the page which says local picture framer but shows a photo of two Chinese men and a claw hammer! not the best image to choose, and the rotating images with customer testimonials - the faces do not seem to match the names and looks ...

Re: Tips for novices - how to's and videos

Having now watched all the videos i can now say they are all rubbish if not dangerous, as louisesimon stated the Morso video would be laughable if it wasn't such a stupid way to handle Morso blades. The distributor block was cleaned without removing the guide pin and they forgot to say only the late...

Re: Tips for novices - how to's and videos

The video showing the changing of the hammer is wrong, the person doing it obviously had a guess as the version of underpinner he was working on has the hammer ball catch which does not need unscrewing to remove the hammer all you have to do is twist the hammer to remove it. Just goes to show don't ...

Re: Is this a left fence issue - pictures

In answer to your question, no its not a left fence issue as the gap is constant across the mitre.
More likely your rebate supports are incorrectly set (too high or low) or your blades are dull.

Found this thread abit late but this may help others in the future:

I only stock metal handles as the original Cassese ones are cheap plastic and do break internally, these are much better quality.

Re: Minigraf M4 Clamping Pressure Query

The Minigraf 4 wedge hammer pressure is none adjustable as it always works at the incoming airline pressure from your compressor, the clamping pressure can be adjusted via the pressure regulator mounted alongside the gauge, the gauge only tells you the clamping pressure - not the machine pressure. W...

Re: Genuine Morso blades?

All Morso blades i have seen have Danmark stamped into the metal then a four digit code specifiying the date (month/year) of manufacture e.g 01 15,
newer blades also have another series of numbers in a smaller sized stamp further down the blade.

Re: MORSO EH Service/Oil change. Help!

Only the oil insert filter (different brands have been fitted over the years) and 6 litres of iso 32 hydraulic oil need replacing once a year, the o ring and tank filter do not need replacing as the original ones will be fine, the only other item you may need are a couple of control relays ad these ...
