Well......It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas Ev'rywhere you go; Take a look in the five-and-ten, glistening once again With candy canes and silver lanes aglow. ... :giggle:

Fingers crossed I'll be awash with football shirts again this year :D

fLAT HEAD vS PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS ANYONE ?

Come on everyone, a quick straw poll...
Flat head screws or Phillips, what do you use ?

I use flat head but after 25 years of fastening D-rings on the back of frames I'm starting to ask myself why I don't use Phillips screws ...

Genuinely interested,

Hi David, hope you are keeping well. These look in very good condition, I had the 8 sided Nielsen a couple of years ago, great for getting a lot of chevrons on display if you havent got a lot of floor space :)
See you at the Guild BBQ on the 22nd David ?

Taking Photos Remotely from Ceiling mounted camera ?

Are there any digital camera enhusiasts out there ?
Years ago I setup a Canon Powershot on the ceiling and linked it with a cable to my laptop, the Canon software allowed me to zoom in with the lens and take pictures whilst viewing the picture on screen, great idea but bit messy with trailing cables ...

Textile hanging anyone ?

Hi,
I have a textile coming in soon (see below), the customer doesn't want it in a frame, under glass, she would like it displayed on the wall, attached to a frame of some description. Has anyone done anyone like this before ?
I can't treat it as a canvas and stretch it around stretcher bars ...

Hadn't seen this posting before Christmas, I just discovered today that neither LION or D.J. Simons will be there, what a shame,
I'll be there though, I'm visiting a friend that weekend in Sutton Coldfield so thought I'd pop in and have a mooch round, it gets me out of the house ...

Tower of London Poppy to frame, anyone else ?

I had a customer call today to say he had ordered a ceramic poppy from the Tower of London display. He asked if I could do a 3 sided glass box/frame, I'm going to try and talk him out of this idea, I was wondering if anyone else had been approached about one of these poppies ?

Offset the whole cost of the car? Maybe I need to stick a business card in the window and get back on to my accountant.

I bought this car 2 years ago and I thought then that my logo would look good on the wide flat doors, not too sure why I left it so long though, it's a funny looking ...

Logo on the car, FINALLY !!!

I can't believe it's taken me quite so long but I finally pulled my finger out, got in touch with a local car graphics company and today picked up my little Toyota with my logo on it, it's not perfect but it's a great first attempt  It's all vinyl cut and I was amazed at the detail on the logo ...
