This is the one we use - not exactly cheap, but excellent for frames finished with emulsion

Take your point,but don't currently possess the equipment,or probably the skills to do that kind of thing so It would be saleable!. If that's what they wanted I would have pointed them in the direction of a cabinetmaker :D

We spray them with a polyvine dead matt varnish, which does what it says on the tin :D

We have 2 1100l wheelie bins, one for general waste (including glass) and the other for plastic/paper recycling ,both are emptied weekly and as we have a new contractor in town we have just negotiated it down to £30 per week ( we were paying £45.00 a week) including vat for both to be emptied.
