Hi all, probably a bit of a long shot here but I will try as I have exhausted all other avenues that I can think of. I currently have a client who I did some framing for a couple of weeks back. They were delighted with the framing.. but less than happy with the glass.... the problem they have... or ...

DCS.... which model of printer.... and what board are you using? I "did a test" on my Z3200 using alpha mat board and it proved to be too thick and ripped one of the feed teeth wheels clean out.... after a few choice words and fishing the remnants of the spring and wheel out... the printer...

I had the same issues with my gunnar F1 XL and immediately rolled back to windows 8.... what I did also notice was that the blade wasn't going deep enough for a standard board and my initial thought was that I would have to go through the setup again for the Gunnar... and I really couldn't be bother...

Do you have a price in mind for your hot press? Quite interested in purchasing... have family in porthcawl too so pick up wouldn't be a problem
