Trouble is the general public don't understand the terminology but are taken in by what sounds good.

Re: open corners nightmare!!!
You don't say where you are positioning the wedges. Polymer mouldings generally join better if the wedges are positioned towards the inner edge. Which of the pressure pads are you using? The round yellow one seems to work better with this type of profile. Do you bring the pressure pad down so it alm...

Give them a call and set up a trade account. You might have to invest a bit if you want some catalogues or you could just use their website to sell from. Prices on their website are retail so you can let your customers browse.

Re: Spring Fair
I think the time of year is key to exhibitors outside of our industry that are at Springfair as they are there to do business for the christmas market.
With volume items and far east production they need the lead time.

If the edges are not important then use the Newberry method.
Alternatively you may need to persuade your customer to accept some very fine stitches which won't be seen unless they look very closely.
I would stick to my ground and only do a conservation job.

Had anyone actually complained or even noticed any difference in the burgers? Don't personally see any problem with eating meat other than chicken, beef, pork and lamb which is all our supermarkets stock. The provenance of which is highly questionable in many cases especially chicken slaughtered at ...

You will probably find you need to be registered with the education authuority who will need to visit and make checks regarding health and safety etc. etc. plus you might need to get a CRB check done which could well be at your own expense.

I get some 2nds from a supplier and they last a fair while if you use both sides and rotate 180 deg after a while. Unless you cut a lot of large mounts most the we...
