Good ideas.. however...
Centrado inform me they have Rising Mountboard which is big enough and up to 8 ply thick. This with an MDF back should do the job. Feeling happier!

Customer wants it floated.
I need to find Mountboard big enough!. Any suggestions? I could have it splcied I suppose.

I have done 5 on the hot press with tissue. also had no problem. 90 degrees and around 5 minutes seemed to work
