You should be able to push the glass wheel until it is held by the last byte point on the ratchet place at the top of your glass and just let go , it should still cut perfectly.

Arqadia now sell 48 x 36" in packs of 10 and there is no discount on pallet loads for some reason the lined water proof one is 32 x 44" in packs of 15, in anycase tawny carft is cheaper. by the way the minigragh 4 is working great , its found a good home

You need to know what your looking to achieve. You need a faint score with no missing bits.
