Who is your customer service hero for 2018?

Post by fine-art-trade-guild »

Time is running out and there are only a few days left to nominate your customer service heroes of 2018.

It could be a company that went above and beyond to help you out of a tight spot with an urgent order - or it could be a company that just consistently delivers great customer service time and time again so you don't even think about it, it just happens on time, every time. Whatever the situation, you can nominate your top three companies in each of the two categories:

There is the main Guild Customer Service Award (winners in 2018 were Lion Picture Framing Supplies Ltd) and we also now have the Small Business Customer Service Award (winners in 2018 were Abbey Glass & Framing Supplies) - this award is sponsored by Lion Picture Framing Supplies Ltd.

For more information and your chance to nominate your 2018 Customer Service Heroes click on this link http://www.fineart.co.uk/websiteform/cu ... te-65.aspx

The winners of both awards will be announced at the Guild Weekend in May, and there is more information on all the events taking place if you click here http://www.fineart.co.uk/events/art-fra ... 19-36.aspx

Remember: You do not have to be a Guild member to nominate and the companies you nominate do not have to be Guild members either. Entries close at 5pm on Friday 15th March 2019
