Any beginner considering this, I can highly recommend it. This day course got us started. Jan manages to squeeze a lot of information and hands on practical into one day. It is very reasonably priced too. We left with heads buzzing and a van full of equipment and materials to get started. We were framing in our kitchen a week later!

Hi Justin,
Thank you for your comments.

You have come along way since your first course and it’s good to see your progress and articles you have wrote.

I base my training on over 46 years framing experience and promoting the four levels of Fine Art Trade guild framing standards.

Following these standards allows framers and customers to understand the level of framing needed for a particular job, so artworks can be preserved and the framing reversed if needed without harm.

“Knowledge is power”

You never stop learning.
