Golf Club

This was my first golf club.

Luckily it wasn't full size, it had been cut down for a toddler by his grandpa.

Good job!

How have you fixed the golf club in? I can't see any fixings on the photo.

Nice to see a picture of some framing on here, its been a bit sparse lately

Thanks. It is fixed by a sprinkle of fairy dust and some magic :giggle:

There is actually a couple of small strips of melinex on the shaft, one just below the handle, and one on the metal just above the club face. I used a little bit of gorilla mounting tape behind the club face to stop it swinging out and hitting the glass.

Funnily enough I just thought recently there were loads of adverts and not much in this part of the forum, so I decided I should add some of my own. It would be good to see other people's efforts as well.

Very nicely done! I've not yet been asked to frame a golf club, but I have framed a cricket bat. Framing a golf club is not particularly easy, to make a really nice job of it, is it? That is a really nice job! Well done!
