My new computer, which I'm a bit scared of, has a touch screen and I hate it.
A tiny moth crawled vertically up it and scrolled it, and then, when it reached just below the toolbar, everything went massive, I didn't know it did that, so an insect taught me something - how's that for a techno-notice!
You can't clean the screen with it turned on, well, you can but everything goes haywire.
When I touch the screen a little keyboard pokes out from the left and if I touch that it becomes a big keyboard - I made some of this post on it, very slowly! You can also opt to hand write on it, not had much luck with that - it guesses what you're trying to write and I've never done more than two consecutive words successfully.
So, is it just a bit of a gimmick or is there a really cool use for it that I'm missing? If not, can it be disabled?
(Edit - Ricky just caught me out with his avatar in after hours)!
