To potter around

Post by Pro-Am »

It's a wet Saturday and the wife and daughter are off to ballet lessons then onto a birthday party, allowing me the chance to head into work and potter about. Without the normal distractions of customers and staff I can put on some music and simply potter, it's very relaxing I find. I can understand why so many men enjoy their sheds.

have to agree although the family left years ago!
pascal had a famous quote often used these days
regarding shed talk

' all mans miseries derive from not being able to sit
quiet in a room alone'

Sheds? Don't talk to me about sheds. :giggle:

On Sky TV there is a shed channel. :ninja:

Sheds have lots of uses including storing huge piles of old moulding.

Pottering shifted to playing around with my new CMC. I have been wanting to put some more samples up on the wall and had a signed CD hanging around so thought why not. I still need to stack another moulding on top and do the glass, but I quite happy with it so far; the LED's add that final finish.
