Wishing you all a happy, successful and healthy new year. It might be a good time to think up a few nice ideas for your shop windows to inspire a few customers.

Happy New Year to you all!
No shop window here, but we're lining up some gilding training for February, very excited to be moving the goalposts, up up and away!!
Hoping this new decade brings us all fresh challenges, new markets, success and happiness.

Hi Justin,

I wish you all the best for the new year and also your new ideas to promote your business. I believe doing things that are both different and will appeal to peoples interests can often be the key to success. I tend to think that there are always some things that seen to fall by the wayside each year, not all of them are a big deal, but replacing those things which are no longer making the money has a lot to do with not getting left behind.

Don't forget that you are a craftsman and as such you have got a lot to interest other people. Craftsmanship is something special in a world where craftsmen are becoming harder to find. Gilding training sounds like a great idea and it's something which could well tick a lot of the right boxes. While you've got peoples attention with the gilding training, it could be your opportunity to show them something special to drum up some sales at the same time.

I hope it goes well for you,
Mark
