I had the same problem a few days ago.
Solved it by deleting all cookies - which is a pain because you have to sign back in to all your most visited sites.

If you are using Microsoft Edge you can paste this into your browser to go straight to the cookie data for each site:
edge://settings/siteData
Just find theframersforum and delete that. You won't lose all the other logins for other sites this way.
I am sure you can do the same selective deletes on a Mac as well.
Hope hat helps

I don't know Chrome. Just googled it:
How to Delete Individual Cookies in Chrome
Open Google Chrome.
Click the wrench icon in the upper-right corner of the toolbar and select Settings.
Select the Show advanced settings link at the bottom
Select Content settings button under the Privacy area.
Click the All cookies and site data button.
Search for and delete the cookies you would like to remove.

I already replied to other post about this:
I'm always getting logged out. The workaround is to type your reply separately then copy and paste it into the reply box. You have to log it, paste it and send straight away before you're logged out.
It's a real pain.
