PS. Not the history as I said above, it was the cookies I deleted.

Odd Thing.....

I have a MCP button, which is nice. But I cannot see how to move Topics. Tried to do one the other day and
while I seem to be able to move specific Posts to another Topic I don't seem able to move entire Topic.
Also if I did want to move a post (which is mostly never) I am asked for an indentification number. (?)

Prosporo, before clicking the MCP link step back one level to where you see the list of topics in the sub-forum.
Then after clicking MCP, when each topic in the list has a checkbox, check on the topic to be moved, scroll down to the drop-down list of actions and choose Move, and on the next screen you can select the destination of the move.

Vintage Frames
I don't use Chrome much, but I notice that some folk have had difficulties with it when using PHPBB forums such as ours.
This is how to clear cache and cookies in chrome
Please give it a try and let us know how you get on.

Yes, clearing all the cookies did the trick. Now I have to log in to all my favorite sites again! There used to to be an interesting little indicator on FF showing who or how many were on-line at the time. Gone for good?

I can't log I at all on Chrome (which every other site on God's green is insisting that I must do).

Ever since the FF makeover, I am asked to log back in when posting anything (e.g. I will copy this post, then paste it after it tells me to log in again)

It seems like I can post 1st time if I don't insert any emoticons (which is a bummer, as I am quite emotionally repressed, and they do help a lot). If I want to add any emoticons, I have to post, then subsequently add them as an 'edit'

I just cleared my History for the last 24 hours ( the other day when I was having trouble logging on) and that seems to have done the trick
