Ultra Violet protection glass

Post by tomrwhiteman »

Hello

I'm down to my last scraps of Ultra Violet glass, I know which side to score, but which side faces the artwork?

A full sheet of glass has information with this on but alas I've almost used my last batch up and have nothing to go by! Can't even find info on-line.

Any advice would be appreciated

Have a little scratch on one edge. One side should mark easily and the other not so much. The marked easily side should face inwards.

Hi, the coated side faces the artwork, see last question here http://tru-vue.com/products/product-faq/

To identify the coated side scratch a small area in the corner with a blade, the coated side will scratch and the non coated side won't.

The side you score faces out (unless you score the wrong side)

As others have said, the score side faces outwards. You can put a small piece of masking tape on the score side before you put it into storage.

The rippled side goes on the inside.
