usually you have to buy quite a few for the price to get cheaper than buying a single roll.

U.K. Industrial tapes are the manufacturers of both of those tapes, I have also found them to offer the best price, but not online. Give them a ring and you may get a pleasant surprise.

lol, sorry, depends on price both last quite a long time, for me anyway I usually buy a single from wessex

ph7 at 8.80 and cotton rag at 10.00 but i know framing suppliers are not always the cheapest, just purchsed 50 rolls of sekisui tape from elstwhere on a recommendations from Grays.

Well it seems it isn't ph 7-70 tape we stock these days it is this one (I do not do the ordering anymore)

We use it to hinge mounts to under mounts.

For attaching most artwork to the under mounts we use this product which meets FATG conservation standard. which we can do at £3.85 + VAT per roll.

We do also use the Museum grade cotton rag version but cant offer much of a price reduction at £8 + VAT

We can get the PH7-70 and supply it at £4.50 per roll but only if enough people want to buy, I would need 15 to 20 people to buy 10 rolls, as it isn't a item we stock anymore.

I dont know if everybody is aware of UK Industrial Tapes online price list, no logon or registration required to view.

I emailed them a month ago asking if they would do carton prices for 2 or 4 types of tape, eg 1/2 carton of one tape and 1/2 carton of another for respective per carton price but they never got back to me...

So looking at these tapes the ph7 70 and the one we have seem to be the same price per roll both are acid free but the ph7 70 has 11 m more on a roll, I have no Idea why we switched, I suspect there may have been a supply issue and that was purchased instead and carried on, so when we have used this stuff I will switch back to ph7 70 and anyone is welcome to get it off us at £4.50 + VAT, I might just order it anyway

Tape has arrived in, we will be packing and booking the courier tomorrow.

We have a few hundred rolls so if anyone else needs some there's plenty.
