Hi, i have a large print to frame approx size 1500 x 1200. Customer wants a square moulding approx 50mm square and due to final weight Acrylic. What thickness would be advisable. Thanks

Depends if you are having the acrylic in direct contact. If you do then 3mm might be OK as there is a vacuum
effect that stops the acrylic from flopping forward. Even better if you seal around the sandwich with tape.
Doesn't mean the poster won't tend to go wavy though....
If you do it 'proper' and allow the edges to move and use spacers then the acrylic maybe ought to be thicker.
