Ultimat cutter bar

I’ve just noticed that the underside of the cutter bar on my keencut ultimat futura has two grooves for yellow silicon grip material but only one of them has the silicon in it.
Can any one confirm that as I suspect, they should both have the silicone in them

Thanks for your help, looks like I'll be spending a little time getting the blade depth right again after fitting the second one.........
