Hi could someone tell me the name of the cable and its function , it below the screw that i am pointing at see picture.

The cable actuates the rebate clamp. There's also a spring which is sumething to do with the rebate clamp.

As Mark says, it operates the rebate clamp when you use the foot pedal to hold the moulding against the fences. If you need spare parts the codes are:

Spring Z12
Outer cable Z1428
Inner cable Z1539
