Excalibur adjustment

Post by Abacus »

My Excalibur 5000 has developed “slop” in the head, I.e. it moves on the vertical post. Is there any way to adjust this? It’s not that old but has had plenty of use.

Thanks

I had the same. There are white nylon shaped sliders that run on the alloy vertical. Tighten these with the appropriate Allen key.

    Hi Alan

Thanks for the reply, I had a look and couldn’t spot the Allen screws, are they teeny tiny?

    Thanks

Thanks Alan I’ve managed it. Just the silver acres, not sure what the black ones are for, but it’s done the trick.

    Thanks again.
