Alfamacchine 1M
I have an Alfa machine 1M; it sends the v nail wedges up fine on 10mm & 12 mm however when I try using the 5,7 or 15mm wedges it’s trying to send two. Either these are the wrong wedges or there is another issue. Is this something to do with the hammer pin or something else…

Re: Alfamacchine 1M
It's often something which just happens as things get worn with age and usage. I had it happen to older machines, which I have had in the past, of various makes. I guess we are supposed to regularly lubricate the area where the wedges are pushed out from, but how many people do this? The solution is likely to be replacement of the wedge firing blocks, are you using alphamacchine wadges this might also be another possible solution.

Re: Alfamacchine 1M
You are swapping the wedge guide block for the aprpiate one I assume?
Each one has the wedge sizes stamped on it.

The next thing to check, the wedges should be AL not uni wedges.
