What adhesive to use when framing canvas board in reveal frame
Hi! I've just seen online someone stating to attach the canvas board to the wood/spacers using silicons, others say use wood glue. I have ph balanced wood glue. They say the advantage of the silicone is it can be removed with a box cutter/stanley knife. Thanks for your help. Also, client doesn't want tray frame with such depth so I'm just using a normal moulding for one, so again which adhesive as it won't need spacers.

I normally explain to the customer that a tray frame is better for a deeper canvas, and for a canvas board I would recommend just a normal frame.
If they inside, then if it is deep enough I will screw into it from the back.
If not I will use a mixture of double sided tape and wood glue and I will put a board and weight on top of it until the glue dries.
