Does anyone know how practical it is to add a driftwood finish to shaped pine mouldings? I am thinking about trying this my self. I have a small angle grinder fitted with a rotary steel wire brush. I have only ever previously applied driftwood finishes to flat mouldings and I'm not really sure how well this is likely to work out. The angle grinder brush is seriously agressive and not very easy to get an evenly cotrolled graining depth, but this was the most suitable width of brush that I could get.
Thanks,
Mark.

It fairly easy.
Another thing you can do is slap on a heavy coat of ripple paint and drag it lengthwise as it dries.
