Cassese 3099 Ultra

We have a Cassese 3099 ultra that is displaying the message ‘motor card out of service, protection activated, check the card and motor’. We have had this message in the past, normally first thing in the morning when it’s cold, and can usually get past it by restarting the machine several times. This time it has popped up mid cycle and is accompanied by a clicking sound. Anyone had any experience of this or advice. Has the motor finally died….
