Morso EH Service Kit

Has anyone got a list of items that are included in the service kit for a Morso EH? I've seen a couple of posts on The Grumble but not overly helpful

Any of the Morso suppliers will have an engineer you can speak too, Wessex Lions Ashworth etc mark at underpinnerspares too.
