Looking for a deep rebate red frame

Post by AtelierFrames »

Hi all
Can anyone recommend anywhere that I can buy a deep rebate moulding - at least 40mm - in red. My usual go to supplied dont have anything.

Thanks in advance.

Larson juhl 261240 komodo red is 35mm rebate depth. Closest I can think of. I'd tack on a 5mm bare wood spacer to the back to give the required depth.

What are you framing? Could you just use a smaller one and use canvas offsets to hold in the back?
I had to do a green deep moulding recently so I just got an unfinished one and painted it with green gloss.
