Morso miter cut not going all the way help

Post by fallguy »

May sound a silly question but my Morso has started not completing the final cut and leaves a small bit at the bottom back of the moulding (see photo) and for the life of me I can't work out what to adjust to make it a clean cut all the way through, it's had a recently sharpened set of blades fitted but I don't think that's the problem and advice would be welcomed
thanks in advance

The setting is mentioned in the later versions of the manual.

And here’s the manual!

https://www.thegrumble.com/data/manuals ... tsList.pdf

First check there’s nothing obstructing the foot pedal though - and the moving parts inside - sometimes shavings can get trapped and cause problems.

Blades wear down when they are sharpened. so it may be a case if adjusting downward travel with the threaded rod attached to the blade housing - should all be in the manual.
