Hi everyone,
I have been using Estlite software for my pricing, and have recently updated it. It doesn't supply any prices for backing board, taping, D rings, etc.
I tend to use acid free materials throughout, and typically will charge around £35 for a narrow black cushion frame with mount, job complete. I'm told this might be around average.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks
Andy

Re: Pricing
Hi Andy
A trip round the Lion catologue will get you prices for the items you require, but as I do not use Estlite ( I use my own Excel pricing program) I cant comment on how they hinge together. There are a lot of guys on here using Estlite who should be able to say how the mark-ups work.

Re: Pricing
I include the price of the backing in the price of the glass, if you look at the help in EstlLite regarding pricing I think it mentions it, plus you also have the option for putting in a price in the Fix section of the pricing, so in effect you could have different levels of fixing
1 Ready Made
2 Full Custom
3 Reglaze (Because you have to take apart first, before you even think about fitting)
4 etc
Or you could base it on the Five Levels of Framing by the Guild
hope this helps
