Yet another Lincolnshire framer!

Post by Moondoggy »

Hello all,

Just thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Paul and I used to run a small framing business in East Yorkshire about ten years ago.

Following a divorce, retiring from BAE Systems, buying a 230 year old cottage in Lincolnshire, taking on a dog and 50,000 bees and getting remarried, I have decided to start framing again (I kept all of my equipment).

Things have moved on a bit since I had my business, so whilst I am in the process of sorting out my workshops, building benches etc, I am researching the latest fashions and techniques.

I have found this forum extremely useful and, in particular, I love the humour , banter and very friendly atmosphere.

I hope to indulge in the forum chatter, whilst injecting a bit of good old Yorkshire wit.

Anyway, I will say au revoir for now, as I know you are all very busy little framers.
